If I had to describe myself in a word, it would be 'creative'.
I'm never happier than when I'm working to create something that can be shared with the world, whether that's an image, a magazine, a podcast, or a brand campaign for a global organisation.
I'm an NCTJ qualified journalist, and a trained photographer. I cut my teeth as a features journalist in London, edited magazines in New York, managed editorial portfolios, and worked agency-side for big name clients.
I spent ten years as a freelance creative, working with some of the biggest names in the world. Microsoft, Ford, Singapore Airlines, Johnson & Johnson to name just a few.
And I've also worked with smaller, more interesting brands who are setting their corner of their world on fire. Milltag, D&AD, Gleam Futures, Glug, and many more.
But I'm not just my job description.
I'm also a father, I blog and write books about mindfulness and fulfilling our potential. I'm a columnist for a parenting magazine. I host a podcast. I'm a trained life coach and a accredited meditation teacher. I've worked as a delivery driver and a carer with disabled people. I've struggled with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges – and come out the other side.
Most importantly, I do interesting work with interesting people.
